Mystery of the Batwoman Question (spoilers)

While watching Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman I noticed that in the beginning, Barbara Gordon, Batgirl, seems to have a thing for Bruce Wayne, Batman. In Subzero she seemed to be going out with a MUCH older Robin.

Is this supposed to be in the past or is the current Robin supposed to be a new Robin? Any ideas?

She went out with Dick Greyson, had a thing for Bruce Wayne, they got their groove on (Bruce and Babs) and this became a rift in Dick (the original Robin, now Nightwing) and Bruce's relationship, which is explored a tad more in Batman Beyond.

So I guess this young Robin must be Tim Drake then. OK, got it, thanks.

The young Robin is indeed Tim Drake.

As much as I am a fan of Batman - I can't say I liked Batman:MOTBW. Changed voice actors, new animaton style to a degree and so on and so on.

I haven't seen this movie yet, but I really stopped liking the whole thing when they went for all the new character designs when it moved to that new network, I belive it was Batman and Superman Adventures or something then (I live outside the US, and things vary here.) Of course, the show was never the same after it changed to the Adventures of Batman and Robin... it's not like any of it was really terrible (for the most part...) but when I watch the early stuff I just can't help but compair...
