Will the T3 DVD sell BETTER now that Ah-nuld is in office?

I'm thinking T3 on DVD will make a KILLING with Arnold in office. Maybe 'cause it's one of his last movies he'll ever make (maybe?) or so, but if its marketed well, it should do well.

Thoughts?

I'd say yes.

Different question, why do people spell his name Ah-nuld? Arnold is not that hard to spell. Does the guy have affliation with Middle East or something?

No, it's because when he says his name it sounds like Ahnuld, not aRnold.

I agree with Jack... Pumping Iron is going to cash in! Plus, he is NOT done making movies.

I think it will sell well because it is a great action movie. I watched it in theaters and anxiously awaiting the DVD release.

For most of us completists, T3 is probably a no-brainer.

I know it may sound absurd, but I think that "T3" was actually underrated. I'm too lazy to look up its domestic grosses, but I don't believe they were up to expectations. However, the movie really kicked ass, in my opinion. What an awesome action movie! A real worthy followup to T1 and T2. Yet I rarely heard anyone on the street mention it this past summer. Maybe because there's just so darned many action/effects flicks released during summertime? Audiences are becoming numb to it? Only the real fresh, never-seen-before concepts seems to make the real cultural impact anymore ("LOTR" films, "Finding Nemo"). Witness the bad buzz of "Matrix Reloaded." While its grosses were terrific, most people I know that saw it were, to be polite, underwhelmed.

"The Rundown" is the last movie Arnold has made (assuming he never makes another movie now that he's in office).

I agree. Anyone who went and saw T3 loved, anyone I know who saw Martrix II thought the movie was just ok and they hated the rave sceen.

T3 DVD is a must buy, lots of fun to watch!

We may never get a T4 movie no that Arnie will not be making movies for the next 2 1/2 years.

You know . . . although I did think that Reloaded was merely good (mostly because it is, truely, only half of a movie), I actually liked the rave scene. I thought it was a good representation of the humans getting to be human. It was a great example of freedom, self-expression, and playing outside of the rules. Something completely "anti-Matrix".

I haven't been paying attention to the posts against it. Why don't people like it?

Actually they are talking about the Rock being in T4 at Arnold's suggestion

From what i've read about the film is that it was somewhat of a shining star in a very dark sky this last summer. So it probably would have done well anyway. Plus though it doesn't have quite the same following as Star Wars, but it does have automatic sell potential just because its a Terminator film.

Your all assuming Arnie lasts his full term in office.

If he screws up he may be back quicker than we all think

If it does sell better, I will find it very sad.

But I did like the movie
