Warner Brothers Free DVD offer
 

A few months ago Warner Brothers was offering a free 2-disc special edition DVD with the purchase of 3 other titles. I sent them my check for the shipping and handling, along with the requested proofs of purchase.
My check was cashed over a month ago, and I still am waiting for my DVD (which was the 2-disc "Color Purple").
Does anyone know of Warner Bros. has a consumer complaint number or e-mail address? Thanks for any help.

It took them about 5 weeks to cash my check and my free 2-disc special edition came about 6-7 weeks after that.

I sent in my coupon in a couple days after Once Upon a Time in America/The Right Stuff/The Mission came out, and I received my freebie (Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves) last Tuesday, which just happened to be the day that The Adventures of Robin Hood came out.

My check was cashed 3 weeks after I sent it and got my DVD (The Color Purple) about 2 weeks after that.
