Tour of Duty DVD set?
 

Do any of you remember the TV series "Tour of Duty"? The story followed a platoon of soldiers during the Vietnam War. It was aired on CBS quite a few years ago. I'd love to get this series on DVD. Anyone know where I can go to find out if this series is even in the works or if it's even on the radar?

I know there are other people who would like this show on DVD as well, but I haven't heard any news of it possibly being issued on DVD. :(

My guess is that it probably won't get issued. :(

zeus - Check out http://www.tourofdutyinfo.com/ if you haven't already. I did find a few used VHS tapes on ebay and amazon.

I'm keeping the hope that some day they'll release this excellent series onto DVD.

Chalk up another sale here! Actually chalk up two as I have a best friend who would love this and I would buy it for him out of the goodness of my heart!

While I've recorded most of them on ep svhs, I'd love to get them on dvd. Haven't heard a thing about it yet though.

well with the influx of TV on DVD and some eople poclaiming 2004 the year of Tv on DVD hopefully this excellent show will come out!
