How often do you update your DVD lists?
 

For some, it's a ritual; others do it once in a while. Since I buy with varying frequency, I pretty much do it when the mood strikes me.

depends on my mood. sometimes, i'll do it right after getting DVDs, sometimes i'll wait a few months.

I always add them to my Tracker and Aficionado lists as soon as I buy them. For me, it's part of the whole wonderful DVD buying experience, along with opening them up and putting them on the shelf. Oh, and of course, watching them. :D

When I remember. See, if I go home tonight and remember ever seeing this thread, I might update the list.

as soon as I walk in the door with dvds....about 10 times a week.

Only after I watch them and make the decision to keep or to sell. I guess that would be weekly. :hscratch:

I usually will update my list on Friday but sometimes if I'm in the mood I'll add them as I get them.

Right after I get them. Since I also file them right away on my shelves if I don't catalog it, I may totally forget to add them.

As soon as I get them, usually. Otherwise I'd probably forget which one's need to be added.

I almost always have DVD Profiler open. I always add DVD's as soon as I get them, and many time have already added them to my wish list.

I used to update the profile and scan in cover images immediately as well, but I let that lax and now they've stacked up in that sense. I am getting that number down though.

As soon as I open the package I enter them into Profiler et. al.

I usually do it right after I get my DVDs, but lately it's been about once every 3 weeks or so.

I update when I get the DVD. Otherwise, I'll start loosing track of which DVD are already in my list and which aren't.

Right when I get the DVD, otherwise I'll probably forget.

I usaully update my list when I recieve the DVDs.

I just need to put a link my signature

When a new DVD is announced that I want to buy,
When I order one,
When a new DVD comes into the house,
When one goes out on loan,
When new info comes out on a DVD in my database,

I always update right after I get new DVDs. If I didn't, It probably wouldn't get done.

I usually update mine as soon as I get them. Otherwise I'll wait a few weeks and end up forgetting what I bought.

I watch the DVD first, then put it in my list.

when i get DVD, i usually watch them and later that day or the next one i add it to Profiler.

As soon as I get it, before even opening it :).

Once I get a stack of 10 or so to add... So could be once a week, twice a weekend, or every couple of months.

Profiler is not letting me update at all -- says my database is too old and it will not let me get a new one. :( So I now have to use Guzzle and dvdaf.

I update them when I get them, never before (so never when I order them).

I even have an order I always follow. First I put them in Profiler (my favorite), then export to excel, then copy/paste into Aficionado (which is quite simple however many I have), then enter them in Guzzlefish (which is more of a pain, but I do like all the stats)
