i thought it was the most detailed and compelling series about new york around, and the dvd is quality.

i rented from netflix and found it at the library too. i'm low on cash;)

This was actually made by Ric Burns, Ken's brother, but the recommendation still stands.

Hey, thanks for the heads-up. I have the New York boxed set and loved it... somehow, I missed news of this '8th episode'. I'll have to order that right away.
