Ok, I've been watching the Comedy Central version of this movie for a while and noticed several scenes cut from my DVD.

The first scene i noticed gone was when all the people are lining up to get into the Pit party near the end. The black group wants to go first, and then the gay group says 'gays are oppressed all over the world'...or something to that effect.

THe other scene I noticed that was cut was at the end when the crowd starts saying 'we're not gonna protest' and that idiot from david spades group trys running away but the girl from the Pit stops him and hits him in the balls with a sign.

Anyone else notice this? I was watching the widescreen version btw...maybe they're in the fullscreen version?

If this is true, this will really bum me out. I bought the DVD this weekend and I have my VHS copy (that definitely has both of the aforementioned scenes). I will try to compare them this week.

The scene with the Black guy and the gay guy is DEFINITELY on the DVD. As far as the sign to the balls, I saw that in there as well.

Bear in mind that TV cuts sometimes have extra scenes added in to make up for the scenes that are cut.

Ive never seen it on comedy central, i saw it on one of those hbo or cinemax channels a few yrs ago, it was an awesome movie

Both scenes are intact in my WS DVD.

Where did you all get your DVDs from? PCU has been MIA in most of the B&Ms I've check out.

They're the same cut. Believe me, I've seen the movie probably 40 or 50 times. I've also got the WS laserdisc which is the same.

I checked out my copy last night... both the widescreen and the fullscreen version have both scenes intact.

As for where I found the movie, DDD came through for me.

My copy from DDD had those scenes.

Yeah maybe you got peanutbutter or something on the dvd and it just skipped those parts, check your disc for smudges. =)
