any transformers/g.i.joe news lately?
 

hey, I've noticed it's been a while since there's been any mention of anything related to G.I.Joe Season 1 or more Transformers Seasons on dvd. I heard something about a re-release of Transformers the movie--does this mean they're going to wait to release season 3 until after that comes out? Like, to go in chronological order? Does this also mean they're not going to release G.I.Joe until they've released ALL the Transformers stuff? That seems kind of stupid. So........has anyone heard anything about G.I.Joe or Transformers lately?

As far as I know, Transformers S3 pt 1 is still being released on October 14th. I read the rumblings about the Transformer movie re-release but I'm guessing they're going to finish S3 Pt2 before hoping on that bandwagon. Don't have any news on G.I. Joe.

Where did the October 14th date come from? It's not listen on Amazon or anything, unless I should type something in the search box different from "transformers three."

Well, QK Theater says that the G.I. Joe Season 1, Part I set is slated for released on October 28th. Rightstuf has the season 3 part 1 set of Transformers for release Oct 14 2003.

Are they the official dates? Who knows, but its the best we have right now.

WHOA! Marketing ba$+ards! The first one they list as "The Complete First Season." The second one they list as "Season Two," and now they switch to the numeral 3! How many different things can a guy search for? rrg. how long has that been there?

Just a fan run site that keeps up on GI Joe (and to a much lesser degree, Transformers video release). They've been pretty good so far.

I got the S3 Pt1 date from The Laser's Edge: http://www.lasersedge.com/item_detai...45516&tMedia=1 and I remembered seeing it listed on Amazon.

I'll be glad to finish up my Transformers series - and I won't start the GI JOE one. I already have every episode - so no need to, espically when I can't make it through them all. There is only so much "YO JOE!" a man can take.
