Natalie Portman Fans, Would you get a box set?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this. Really like some feedback.
We, at the Natalie Portman website, Americas-queen.com, are in talking with a company that makes boxes to place your DVD in. To make your own DVD Box set that is. Right now we are talking about a box that can hold all of Natalie's movies, or a BEST OF SET. Before we spend the time and money I wanted to see how this idea sounded to Natalie fans. Would you get a box for your Natalie movies? They would only be the box, no movies and run about $20-$30 but the boxes are not cheap looking. Below are some samples of what other boxes they have done look like. So may question is, would you get a BOX to place your Natalie DVDs in?

Please post your thoughts here

Not unless she stopped making movies (then again it almost seems like she has) so I wouldn't have the new ones outside of the box.

Hmmm, well - my eventual Star Wars box set would look damn silly with the first three missing and in another set - so off hand, I'd have to say no.

(Although there is no shame - now that she's legal - to admit that she gives me the hot.)

Nope. Frankily she hasn't done any great or decent acting since Leon. Sometimes I wonder if she's actually a droid in the Star Wars movies since R2-D2 has more personality than her.

Totally agree with you on this point. She was brilliant in that movie. The rest of her career has been spiralling downward IMO.

But yes she still gives me the hot.

No. But then again, I never group any of my films/DVDs by actor. Director, sure. But never actor.

That is an issue as well. I have debated getting the Audrey Hepburn box before, just because you can never have too many pics of Audrey. But I don't care too much for Paul Champagne's gold/silver boxes. His anime boxes are much better looking. I have 2 of them and they are pretty nice.

What! She was great in Beautiful Girls, and did what little she did in Everyone Says I love you. The singing I could have done with it out. I did like her in Anywhere but here. No a big fan of Star Wars work but she done other good things. Was also great in Developing! We also can't forget HEAT and Mars Attacks

Way to pimp out yourself in your little discription..

I would say no. her movies span different series and I don't sort my films out by actor or actress so a box set for her would mean nothing but a fancy box with pictures of her I already have on my pc. no real need, no real use and I doubt it would really be a good idea till she stopped making films or the room in the box will not fit all of the films.

You are just naming movies she's been in. What movies has she done nude scenes in?

One great performance hardly makes a boxset. I think she has to stick around for another 20 years and attempt some quality work before deserving a boxset. She showed real promise in LEON, but nothing since has lived up to that potential. She really should avoid spending so much time in front of blue screens. I was beginning to wonder if she was a CG creation. And to think Lucas elicited so many natural performances in AMERICAN GRAFITTI.

I dont buy box sets of actors and there are many out there who deserve it more than the lovely Natalie.

She may be a cutie but that alone will not get me to shell out cash for what are mostly mediocre and forgetable movies.

I'll just get Leon Superbit instead

I'd get a box and put like after-dinner mints and prophylactics in it.

Have you seen Beautiful Girls? She gives a great performance in that movie.

To answer the question at hand, no, I wouldn't buy a box set even though I really like Natalie.

Put me down as another who has no interest in catorgorizing my DVDs by actor/actress. It might be different if all the movies were in the same genre, but even then I would be very hesitant.

I am asking this for a friend: he would like to know if Natalie Portman has appeared nude in any of her films on DVD. Thanks for replying to him.
