Nope. Still waiting for "8 Million Ways to Die"

KTIK 08-27-03 11:18 PM

L.A. Confidential. One of the first ones I bought.

MasterofDVD 08-27-03 11:20 PM

2 more X-Files seasons and I'll be very happy.

LivingINClip 08-27-03 11:28 PM

In process: Batman: The Animated Series via VCD / Columbia House DVD's / WB Snapper (complation) discs. I will buy every disc out there. Yes, I'll have doubles, but I want to make sure I don't miss an episode.

In process : Horror movie's. I've been workin' on this off and on and it's frustrating to an extent. I grew up on horror movie's and I'm tryin' to collect them on DVD , complete series, even if I dislike the sequels (Ugh @ House ? Amityville sequels). It's taking up quite abit of space, time and resources. A lot of these movie's have went to different publishers durin the series and this means, I'm having to search every region possible.

Wishing it was in process: Tales from the Crypt .. I'd give my left hand (and nut) for all these episodes on DVD. Infact, I'd easily pay $200 + per season. I've even gave thought to buyin' a TIVO and gettin' them all off AMC and makin' my own copies of it.

Same with Tales from the Darkside.

Two more seasons of Babylon 5, 4 more B5 TV movies, and "hopefully" the incomplete season of Crusade. Then I can die happy.

gutwrencher 08-27-03 11:37 PM

No. that big...fat...2 discer of The Other('72), still has not arrived. I'll be happy with a bare-bones of this...if it means just finally having one of my all-time favs in the library.

for now....I'm content with the oop Rabid Dogs dvd from Mario Bava. hopefully...the edition being worked on will take it's place. I have many sub-favs-wink-.

PJsig08 08-27-03 11:45 PM

I'll be very happy when the new Scarface comes out....

danol 08-27-03 11:54 PM

No I want "The Bermuda Depths" and I am tired of Ed Wood crap when they could make me happy, after all I have 1,807 Region 1 and 244 Regions 2 and 4.:(

SideShow 08-27-03 11:59 PM

Yep, Night of the Living Dead" and a great version of it too :) Also Singin' in the Rain, so I'm happy.

Though I'm with gutwrencher in that I would LOVE to have The Other on DVD, been waiting on that one a while.

When Raiders of the Lost Ark (and the rest of the indy trilogy) arrives on October 21st...

Then yes I will have collected my absolute fave.

tasha99 08-28-03 12:10 AM

I'm working on Babylon 5 and Farscape--I've got the first two seasons of each and plan on buying them all. I can't decide which I like better--for a while I thought it was B5, but I'm rewatching Farscape, and it's just as good in it's own way.

atari2600 08-28-03 12:14 AM

typecase 08-28-03 12:22 AM

DonnachaOne 08-28-03 12:39 AM

I want my Irish Movie DVDs.

Mikey 08-28-03 12:57 AM

When I have the complete Twin Peaks collection (all in dts and remastered like the first set) then I will be happy.

TheKing 08-28-03 01:03 AM

I know my collection will never be complete without Star Wars.

GMLSKIS 08-28-03 01:08 AM

Yes - E.T.

It is so special that it's my only DVD without the title on the spine (those idiots).

D-Ball 08-28-03 01:10 AM

True Romance: SE is probably at the top of my list right now, but the upcoming Goodfellas: SE might overtake it. Also, the entire Twin Peaks series would greatly satisfy my dvd needs.

Is that the original versions or the new and Luca$ improved versions? If it's the former, your collection may never be complete.
:(
