Has anyone here seen Holy Mountain? I'm interested to know if it's worth a rental.

Also, keep in mind that if you can't find it... DeepDiscountDVD is selling Holy Mountain for almost 50% off. $16.xx shipped.

Just finished it. I actually enjoyed it. I'd agree with the imdb review for the most part (especially with the assessment of Riefenstahl's acting skills). I thought the second reel was better than the first, and the photography was really well-done - there are some beautifully surreal shots here and there.

The only extra is a clip from "The Wonderful, Horrible Life of Leni Riefenstahl" relating to "The Holy Mountain" (about 5 minutes).

Overall, worth a rental if you like silent films, and especially interesting if you've seen the Riefenstahl documentary (which I highly recommend).
