Is Halloween H20 OOP?

I can't find this sucker anywhere? Whats the deal, is it OOP? Not many on eBay! If it isn't do you think it will soon?

Plenty of online retailers are selling the Halloween: H20/Mother's Boys 2-pack if you want to go that route. The cheapest according to DVDPriceSearch is $18.99 at Overstock.

It's still listed at just about every online store... Deep Discount has it for under ten bucks shipped.
