You might enjoy Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch. 24 Hour Party People is a pretty good flick and recently came out R1. Christopher Eccleston, from Shallow Grave was in an early 90s movie called Let Him Have It that is really good, but sadly not in R1 on DVD but it is on VHS...sorry had to recommend it even though its not on DVD here. Also Cement Garden is a great movie and is available R1...pretty sure this is a british movie, damn good one, highly recommend it.
Off the top of my head that is all I can think of.
