M*A*S*H Season 4 - watch out for missing disc(s)

I'm not sure how isolated this is, but I purchased the 3-disc M*A*S*H Season 4 set on Tuesday, and when I got home and opened it up, I found the first disc missing. Everything else was in there: liner notes, coupons, advertisements, the other 2 discs.

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up.

Luckily, I bought it at Wal-Mart, and they exchanged it with no problems.
