lost trying to find Lost in La Mancha

Alright, so I went to a:

Best Buy
Curcit city
Target
Suncoast.

All of which did not have Los in La Mancha. Hell, I asked one guy at best buy if they had it in and he told me to look in the anime section. Once telling him it was a documentary he pointed me to special interest which had nothing I was looking for. Anyhow, I have had one hell of time trying to find this film. Anyone else having issues as well?

They’re actually coming out with a documentary about FINDING the Lost in La Mancha DVD. Terry has already agreed to do the commentary.

I am lost trying to find it as well. I tried Best Buy and they couldn't even find it in their computers. It is on the BB website, but you can't order from it while they are revamping it. I called Circuit City and they didn't have it either.

I wonder if it didn't come out or if these stores are just not going to carry it. If anyone has any luck tracking it down please post and let us know.

I looked at the best buy computer system and the only thing I was able to find was the VHS version?

I might aswell order online, and I doubt I have ever done that if the film wasn't still on pre-order.

You can order it from Circuitcity.com for $19.99 with free shipping.

I'm thinking of going that route.

The workerdrone at BB looked at me like I was crazy and they also did not have it at Costco despite them listing it on their web-site.

The BB in Fullerton, CA didn't have it in their computers either.

... and -- again -- I'm amazed that DeepDiscountDVD doesn't carry this. They seem to have every other DVD from that label (at a great price).

Is that the default answer when the sales drone never heard of something? "Check the anime section!"

Costco listed it on their website for $19.99, so I went to the B&M hoping it would be there. Nope! (this was the Costco in Garden Grove, CA)

I figured this would happen with this title... Didn't even bother looking at Best Buy this morning. It's not a must have on release day title for me so I'll just pick it up eventually when/if I run across it. You could always try to order it online if it's a must have for ya... I doubt that, the majority, of the retail stores have a clue as to what this is...

I had the same problem when "An Evening With Kevin Smith" came out. It was one of the only times I actually needed help finding something in the DVD section. Everyone looked at me like I was crazy too. Looked all around it's opening week... nothing. A few weeks later I found it at Target for $20. Go figure...

My Borders only had one (at $29.99). I went to Best Buy on release day and asked. After the clerk had to come back and ask me the title again twice, he finally told me they weren't carrying in in-store, but that it was listed on their website.
