Catch Me If You Can DVD question

I have heard about the knock knock joke, and my friend was watching it on PPV and it had the joke.

I own the DVD (only watched it once mind you), is the joke in there? Did I somehow miss it?

Thanks in advance for answering this silly topic.

If I recall correctly (I haven't seen the movie in months), I believe it's in there twice. One time we hear the punchline, and one time he just starts (and we know what it is, and dropping the f-bomb again might have blown a PG-13).

Yes it's in there. Like William said, twice. I believe the first one is when we first meet Carl Hanratty. He's driving in a car with two other agents. The second is when
Spoiler:
Carl gets in trouble for missing Frank at the hotel.

I've got a question none of the reviews seemed to answer, are the 30 mins or so of deleted scenes that Spielberg talked about on the disc?

What about trailers? I couldn't find any trailers for the movie either.

There are trailers. I think about 4 or 5 of them.
