If someone can put it in, is the volume supposed to be high pitched? My copy is but for the mtv performance, the volume is fine, but the picture is very soft.

Just for you, I watched it for the first time, and yes, the MTV performance does have a soft picture, and sounds a little thin. That's not a defect-that's just how it is.

Well, no not really, I was just thinking there was a problem when the video had a high pitch.
