I'm confused with some of the Zombie numbers. Is the new Zombi 2 from Media Blasters a different movie than Fulci's Zombie? For some reason, I thought they were the same movie, but had different names in different countries because another movie (Romero's?) was called Zombie in Europe. Please enlighten me!

In other words, outside of the US, the films are known as Zombie (AKA DOTD in the US), Zombie 2 (AKA Zombie in the US), 3, 4, etc.
In the US, the chain goes: Zombie, Zombie 3, 4, etc. - skipping # 2, Because Zombie 2 was released as Zombie (1) in the US.
I probably just made it more confusing, I'm sure there's a simpler way to explain it.

If you're a fan of the film, It may be worth picking up since the original AB disc was a very early release and somewhat lacking in picture quality. Also, no anamorphic enhancement.
It looks like Media Blasters is releasing two editions - a 1-disc version and a version with a second disc of extras.
