Actually it's Scarface: Resurrection Edition

I haven't seen the movie it awhile, but I don't get the reference.

Better Scarface titles:

Scarface: The "My Balls" Edition (since he broke his word when the collector's edition became the bootlegger's edition)

Scarface: The "My Little Fried" Edition

And my favorite:
Scarface: The Coked-out Edition.

I just checked digital bits and it lists Scarface for November?! No word yet on if Jay-Z is still doing a commentary track.

I hope this isn't true. And I believe it wasn't a commentary track, but was redoing the entire soundtrack to modern day hip-hop instead of vintage 80s.

Since I don't own either of these, I will be picking both up. I hope they do a new transfer on Animal House as most reviews are too kind to the existing one. Has anyone heard anything about the possibility of including the original 1930s version of Scarface as an extra?

Is the dvd worse then the tnn version that is on right now? That picture looks very good, and I don't notice the harshness of the soundtrack.

I like how TNN edits the F word but nothing else and keeps all the violence intact.

DePalma told Universal no dice to that, according to something I read.

Update: At work yesterday, I saw the release date as September 30th.

Just a heads up.
