Bond Girls Are Forever. . . Missing coupons :-(

Picked up the free Bond Girls are Forever DVD at Best Buy with Die Another Day, and my copy was missing the coupon booklet that was supposed to be inside.

Were there any coupons for anything DVD related? What am I missing out on.

Decent documentary and extras though.

(Sorry I wasn't sure if this was a talk or bargains thread)

At least you got the DVD. Everybody who ordered online only got the useless coupon. Best Buy lost a lot of loyal customers today.

Word is out on the street (via a thread at HTF that I read this morning) that these can be easily cracked... Thus, your coupons were likely swiped and used by someone else...

My Bond Girls are Forever DVD was missing the DVD!!! And then when I went back to Best Buy to tell them it was missing they looked at me like i was a Criminal! So that made me really upset. I got them to give me a replacment and had them open it up in the store. Who the hell does Best Buy think they are treating there customers like this.

Well working with Loss Prevention at another store, I have to say when somebody comes back with an empty case, there is room for slight suspicion. BUT, they most likely believe you, it's just a little odd. The store for their own protection has to take the caution to open up the new disc and make sure it's all good before you go home with it. 1) It ensures the company that the customer will go home with a happy replacement instead of having to come back again and... 2) in case it IS a fraudulant return the company are making sure that the employee at the customer service desk knows damn well sure you got what you came for if in case you come back with the same excuse again later. Because if somebody is performing that crime... it's the company that's paying for it. I know I'm probably going to attract some people that are going to be like 'well whats 15 bux anyways' but... sorry
