my wife and I both are waiting for "I married a witch" with Veronica Lake. I think we've watched this film on Halloween every year since we've met. There is a lot of other Veronica Lake films that aren't masterpieces but i'd like to see as well though all the names escape me at the moment.
Student Bodies is another one, i love the "Why does it sound like you're talking through a rubber chicken"
"I am talking through a rubber chicken".
Great film.
I guess it is somewhat obscure but Leatherface TCM 3 is another one. Though i could wait since i just paid way too much for the LD on ebay espicially since i bragged about getting really cheap.

Logan's Run has been on DVD for some time.

Here's my picks:

The Thief and the Cobbler (Restored Director's Cut, in original 2.35:1)
Raggedy Ann and Andy: A Musical Adventure (in original 2.35:1)
Napoleon (Abel Gance silent from 1927, European longer cut)
Ben-Hur (1925 silent)
The Golden Age of Comedy/When Comedy Was King (Robert Youngson compilations)

Great thread, everybody!

Saw several films on my wish/watch list (Lost Highway, Colossus, The Rapture, and many more), and many thanks for those who want to see Police Squad and Quark! Here are some I haven't seen mentioned yet:

Bubba Ho-Tep (still touring in theaters)
Dracula: Pages from a Virgin's Diary (New Guy Maddin silent, ballet, etc. film)
Ed Wood (damnit!)
Evil of Dracula (not in R1 yet)
Fearless Vampire Killers aka. Dance of the Vampires
Frankenstein Unbound
Fright Night, Part 2
Hour of the Gun
Lake of Dracula (not in R1 yet)
The Monster Squad!
Choses Secrets (Secret Things)
Simon, King of the Witches
Things to Come (uncut and restored)
Under the Rainbow
Uzumaki (aka. Spiral, Vortex)
Vampire's Night (not Region 1 yet)
Zipang (not Region 1 yet)

Keeping my fingers crossed!

Crossworlds
It's a pretty obscure sci-fi b-movie. I saw it years ago and liked it quite a bit. I'll get around to ordering it off DDD eventually

Rhinoceros - I saw this movie when I was a kid, and for the longest time I thought it was only a dream because I had a high fever at the time and the content was so bizarre (a plague sweeps a city turing everyone into rhinoceroses). I would love to own it simply out of nostalgia. Oh yeah - and because Gene Wilder and Zero Mostel are in it.

I'd like to add Power Play (1978) to my list.

It's so "obscure" you can't even find a VHS copy.

I really like this movie and wish I had taped it when I saw it last on TV. I think it was at least 5 years ago.

Also add Night of the Generals, The (1966). At least this can be bought on VHS, although I'm hopeful about a DVD release.
