The Worst Witch - One of Fairuza Balk's first roles. With Mrs. Garrett and Tim Curry. Loved that movie, hate the series on HBO.

Super Fuzz - About the cop who gains superpowers from an atomic explosion.

Rampo (aka "The Mystery of Rampo")

http://us.imdb.com/Title?0110943

Erotic. Beautiful. Complex. Thought-provoking. Surreal.

Any region. I can handle it.

I'd like the complete series of this TV show that I'm sure most of you haven't heard of. It's called...

C.O.P.S. (No, not the Cops that's on FOX right now...)

It was a Saturday morning cartoon in the 80's, the action figures were the greatest.

Sinead O'Connor was great. As was Lockjaw <sigh> now I am going to have to dig out my VHS tapes.

You can't forget the best though, Eddie the Flying Gimp!!

Sadly, I think we may be the only two people who remember and enjoyed that show...well besides Alex Winter

With Paul Newman, Henry Fonda and Lee Remick. Yes, I've seen it. It's pretty cool.

I agree completely w/ Tigger about The Cincinnati Kid. I just watched it again on TCM today, and it's still awesome.

My choices go like this:

Julianne Moore:
Cast A Deadly Spell
Chicago Cab

Jennifer Connelly:
Some Girls
The Heart Of Justice
Mulholland Falls
(Available in R2, I believe...)
Far Harbor

Yes, excellent picks, but I could swear this thread said obscure movies!

Overnight Delivery

I can't believe this hasn't been released yet with all the popularity of Reese Witherspoon lately and Paul Rudd on Friends. Also helps that Kevin Smith was resopnsible for punching up some of the dialogue on this great movie.

Virtually every movie on my 250-strong want-list is little-known, some very much so.

I've got the letterboxed laserdisc.

And it was a better Ken Kesey book than Cuckoo's Nest.
