The one DVD extra feature you like the most?
Directors Commentary for me. :) Yours?
|
Music Score Isolated Audio Track
|
Trailers.. don't know why, I just like watching them :)
|
Deleted scenes\bloopers\outtakes are usually the only extras I bother to check out.
|
deleted scenes.
Most useless: ROM features |
I love a good commentary but I'm very picky about them. The "oh....I remember this scene" type doesn't do it for me at all.
I like a great deal of info and behind the scenes stuff. The more people in it the better, most of the time. |
Inserts.
Actually, when I get a chance to listen to the commentaries I really enjoy them. |

Trailers without a doubt.

Commentaries, although sometimes a strong featurette is preferential.

Deleted scenes.

For my favorite movies, definitely commentaries ( I can't wait for Valley Girl, which will have 2 or 3, I believe :) ).
All others, normally deleted scenes, documentaries, and trailers |
Commentaries by historians and scholars.

Commentaries.

Deleted scenes and alternate endings.
|
re-release that I haven't bought yet and includes DTS :D
I like deleted scenes...sometimes I think they suck and sometimes I wonder why they didn't included them in the DVD release as a director's cut! |
Another  for commentaries, and documentaries that are not simply puff pieces.
|
alternate angles
for example criterion beastie boys |

The more time goes on I find myself skipping alot of the "special features".
The only ones worth a damn are the deleted scenes and alternate ending to me. I like to see the scenes that coulda, shoulda or might have been only if............. |
Drunken commentaries. I wish more movies would have commentaries like the one on Cannibal: The Musical and Dogma, where they spend most of their time cracking jokes and pointing out the screw ups in the movie.
Every Ben Affleck movie should have a commentary like this. His ripping of Chasing Amy and Dogma would have been perfect for Pearl Harbor and Armageddon. |
