I guess that just goes for those who want to bash Moore and his politics not those who want to make remarks about the other side though huh?

I was just thinking the same thing, and I am a Moore supporter.

On topic, I can't wait for this to come out. It would be nice if his other films would get DVD releases, also.

I believe The Big One also comes out in August from Buena Vista.

No buy and no rent for me.

I wanted to see it before he won the Oscar.

The movie does not fall in the "Discription" of a Documentary that an Oscar winning should have. It had to much fiction and lies to have had won the Oscar.

I guess it was the "Hollywood Right" thing to do.

Yes, you've found me out. Gosh, I'm so transparent.

Actually, I didn't think this thread, or DVD Talkers, would need babysitting, especially after I made a warning in the thread before it got going. I finally got a "Report this post to a moderator" warning just now about this thread. If you had a problem with the thread earlier, reporting it to us would've probably worked a lot faster and better than posting in the thread. Next time, send us an e-mail instead of posting... thanks.

For someone who refuses to see it, you sure "know" a lot about this movie. :rolleyes:

There is quite a bit of factual data, including for example the exact texts and dates given of the various speeches he spliced together in order to change their meaning, available on this film.

The variety of methods Moore employed to make this film are well-documented and, so far as I can tell, undisputed. There are millions of things on this earth one need not experience first-hand to know its wrong. One could argue that this is one of them.

And I have seen it, before you ask.

I'm buying it.

It certainly will be more engaging fiction than the Saving Pvt. Lynch movie.

I don't doubt that at all. :lol::up:
