six 2 minute featurettes? Am I misreading this? Isn't that kind of weak?
Can't they atleast have an option/extra of hearing Lindsey Buckingham's "Holiday_Road" in stereo?

I don't think it's "weak" because there will be plenty of information to be had between Ramis and the cast. I do hope some interview time is given to Catherine's family, including Randy Quaid in one of his best roles as "Cousin Eddie". He was a charicicture by the last few movies, but his pitch perfect pathetic white trash in the first film is unreal. I'll crack up his giving the white shoes to Clark for as long as I live.
And bravo to these guys for getting it right. I've held out for a proper release for one of the funniest movies ever as far as I"m concerned. This sounds like a winner, and I"m all over this one!
And to finally be able to enjoy Christie Brinkley poolside in her crystal clear freeze frame glory!!!

I'd like to see cousin Eddie's kids in on the commentary too.
"A guy at school taught me somethin' real neat..."
But most of all I wish there'd be something involving Christy Brinkley!
Regardless, it is EXCELLENT this is finally coming out anamorphic (as in "Oh excellent! They've got a pool!") and with some special features. Can not wait...

<--- wonders what's up with all the "<----" comments.
Is this the Internet Discussion board way of talking about yourself in the third person?
<--- is also looking forward to the disc.

Audrey: "So? Everybody does that."
Cousin Vicki: "Yeah, but Daddy says I'm the best at it."
This was just so wrong... but so funny

OMG! Remastered Widescreen! I cant wait! The commentaires sound amazing. Hopefully they'll re-release other Vacation movies. I'll have to find a way to get rid of my old copy. I have a freind who'd be interested. He doesnt care about special features or ws.

I can't remember where I read this recently (probably here) but for you Cousin Eddie fans, they are spinning him off into his own Vacation movie.
