Can anybody confirm Smoke Signals on 05/06 ?

I'm finding different information at different places regarding the DVD release of Miramax's "Smoke Signals." A few sites are sayiong that it will be released 06/05, while others are saying its already released ?

It may be rereleased at a lower price point. My friend has had the DVD for a while.
