I know I'm reviving a very old thread, but I was wondering about Allegro Non Troppo the other day, so I emailed Home Vision (who owns the rights to the VHS). This was the reply:
There have been talks of releasing some of Bozzetto's works on DVD, nothing
has been scheduled yet, it will definitely not happen until 2004 at the
earliest. It has not been identified specifically that we plan to release,
it could be either "Allegro non Troppo" or "The Best of Bruno Bozzetto."

That sucks. Someone really needs to take better care of Bozzetto's work. I e-mailed them about purchasing some Mr. Rossi tapes and they after they finally responded after two weeks they said they would make a copy from their master and it would have no lables or anything. And this was from the official site!

Yes, I have been waiting for a DVD release of Allegro Non Troppo for so long! My VHS tape is so worn out.
