My wife bought me Mad About You Season 1 back on Valentine's Day, and it's remained in the shrink wrap until today when I decided to start watching it...I opened it up and there's no second DVD in the package!

Of course, the receipt is long gone - and I don't even know if I could convince a store that it only had one DVD inside even if I did still have the reciept (which probably wouldn't due any good since it's been a few months since the thing was bought).

Does anyone know and e-mail address or toll free number for Sony? I checked their website, but couldn't find anything.

Also, did this happen to anyone else who bought season one?

The e-mail got returned undeliverable and the link provided to the site goes to a dead page...they must have changed their e-mail...anyone know the correct address???

Well, live and learn. As a rule of thumb, I always open up every DVD and check the discs for any scratches or damage within a day or two of buying them.

Sorry about the your trouble. A missing disc has never happened to me before....

Sorry to bump this thread up again, but does anyone have a WORKABLE e-mail address for Columbia/Sony...my e-mails get returned undeliverable using the one provided above.

Sorry I do not know an email address but even if I did I'd still suggest perhaps giving them a call as your more likely to get a quicker resolution that way.
