Free DVD for buying About A Boy and Bourne Identity....

I sent away for the free DVD for buying those titles, but I have yet to see anything. My dad sent away for his, and got it over a month ago.

Does anyone have a number I can call to complain?

I sent away for this offer with Bourne Identity and Undercover Brother when the deal was first offered. Universal cashed my check yesterday, so the DVD's should start arriving soon.
