Ah, oops, didn't see the hidden agenda behind your question. Nevermind. :o

LOL, no, I ment nothing like that sorry.. I'm just curious if there's anything at all special about this. I honestly don't know anything about it. But seriously, that's it? Does that differ any from say... the Magnolia or Boogie Nights 2 disc sets?
|
Sorry, I'm cynical, there are a lot of people out there who think Super Bit is all hype. I guess the guys who project it onto large screens like 100 inches + say it's better than regular stuff. Other people say there's no difference at all, but usually have smaller screens.

Oh. So is it made some special way then say, those other DVDs I mentioned?
Because that would be cool. I heard Superbits are supposed to take up the maximum space a disc has... so if it has extras, how can that be possible? |
I heard Superbits are supposed to take up the maximum space a disc has... so if it has extras, how can that be possible? [/B] It's really no different than DVDs like Magnolia (and many many others) where the extras are placed on a seperate disc. The way I look at it: Superbit = Barebones disc from other studios Superbit Deluxe = 2-disc releases from other studios that contain extras on the 2nd disc. Basically, Superbit is just a marketing ploy. |
Well, so are a lot of Special or Limited Edition titles or whatever.
As long as I get a good disc, I don't care. Since a DVD like Magnolia or Gladiator, or Hannibal is a good DVD, I'm not going to complain much :) |
I'm just afraid that if it's a superbit, they won't put a commentary on it.
