But I liked it a LOT! I own it, but it is definetly a DVD people either love or hate! There is also a long interview with the director of the film and the transfer is anamorphic mostly shot in B&W with a few scenes in color.

thanks for all the answers Tony. have you seen any other movies by this director, any good ones?? also, is this movie anything like suzuki (tokyo drifter, branded to kill)? i hate spoilers so i try to filter out the unimportant or general stuff in reviews. a review i read sounded similar in style.

The director of Go Go Second time virgin is Koji Wakamatsu. He has another film out on DVD called Ecstacy of the Angels. It's also an anomorphic letter box transfer, and has the same interview that's included on Go Go. The main difference btw Wakamatsu and Suzuki are that Wakamatsu's film are much more serious, have a cinema verite look, have a lot of nudity & sex compared to Suzuki, have betrayal as a theme, and deal with Japanses high school or left-wing college students/terrorists, while Suzuki usually deals with the Yakuza, his movies are much more professional looking and are much more humorous.

I enjoy both directors!
