Finally was able to get this legit and it's pretty cheap for an import (cheaper than the first release).
It's not 16x9, but quality is easily the best I have seen for this film and, most importantly, includes the original Australian dialogue track, in addition to the dubbed American soundtrack. Both are mono, with the dubbed soundtrack having a slight edge in quality (a little less distortion). Plenty of trailers to watch, as long as you can navigate the Japanese language menus.
Highly recommended to anyone that can play Region 2 discs.
