Never seen this movie; is it worth seeking out? Rent/buy? I like the two main actors in it (Dafoe and Walken - never thought I would see them do a movie together though!).

You definitely want to rent this first. I thought that this was a "can't miss" movie -- given the amazing cast, talent behind the film, and subject matter.

Boy, was I wrong. Somehow, they managed to make this material *boring*. I would think that a semi-intelligent ape could make a decent movie with this story and cast... but, I guess not.

Anyway, rent first is my advice on this. I did not care for the film...

I agree, rent it first. I don't recall if I fell asleep or just turned it off. Either I remember I didn't finish, nor wanted to finish, watching it.

I actually can't recommend even renting this one (which I did). The only redeeming feature is the lovely Miss Argento.

as you can see from the previous posts many fans of Ferrera and/or Sci-Fi cyberpunk are lukewarm about this film.

I think Walken has a good performance and there are some interesting ideas floating about.

I bought it, still probably would, b/c I'm a completist when it comes to certain directors, like Ferrera, but he certainly has made much better films, Bad LT, King of NY, & even a better sci-fi film Body Snatchers.

i cant go any further than that i loathe this film so much, and i'm a huge Asia Argento, Walken, Dafoe, Ferrera fan.
