Anyone have this disc? I saw one copy of it today and was wondering how the disc shapes up? Picture/Sound?

picked it up at Borders for $30, but debated a long time before actually cracking the seal and watching it.
One of the best dvd purchases i've made yet.
transfer is great. haven't checked out the commentarys yet. the still section ok, but i had such a blast watching this i feel like i already got my value out of it.

We gave these away on the site. I was sorry I sent this off to someone else to review. The transfer is amazing... you would not believe this film is how old? The audio is, if I remember correctly, in mono... pretty clean. If you are a fan of the movie, you'll want this on disc.

The commentaries are pretty good too :) This one is definately worth picking up.

steve mcqueen and sheriff taylor's girlfriend, a gooey monster from outer space, and a great transfer - i had forgotten that this picture was even in color - it's fantastic. A lot of fun. Nice poster included.
