I was browsing through the new & future DVDs at Amazon and saw this title. I saw the trailer some time ago and thought it would be a good comedy to catch, but don't remember why I didn't get around to see it. I don't think there was much hype about this movie. So, do you think I should get this on DVD or just rent it? I've got a spare GC - wonder if it's worth it.

I say just rent Waking Ned Devine. I saw it on HBO and while it was a reasonable enjoyable, light-hearted Irish movie, its not something most people would watch more than once (but then again, I'm not much of a fan of the slew of English and Ireland comedies full of quirky characters).

The brief nudity was nice. Rent it.
