This smaller title seems to have gotten lost in all the T2/Braveheart broohaha, but I'm looking forward to it. Anyone see any reviews anywhere?

Haven't seen the disc, but I saw the movie about four years ago. It wasn't very good, iirc - more like a random hodge-podge of The Godfather, Goodfellas, The Sopranos, and My So-Called Life.

I actually like this movie a lot but haven't watched it since it was in the theater (someone gave me the LD some years back but it is one of the most unbelievable chop jobs in pan-and-scan history). I think it is a moody, atmospheric film about a part of the world that you don't actually see many movies about (the Russian mob) and I have a personal interestin Brighton Beach, living just up the F line from it. Plus its got some great performances.
What I want to know is what to expect from the disc itself.
