What's the transfer and sound like on this Woody Allen film? Worth getting? I'm awaiting the upcoming box set, but until then, I wanted this one, but not if the tranfer sucks

DVD Talk Platinum Edition
The transfer is fine and the sound although only mono is also fine. No extras on the disc nor a booklet in the box. Just a basic, bare-bones Image release--widescreen, but not an anamorphic transfer.
