Great movie, great actor (Harrison Ford), great DVD from Tristar....includes

Format:Widescreen AND full screen
Language:English, Spanish AND French
Subtitles:Englsih, Spanish AND French

I think all DVDs should have both formats and at least 2 or 3 languages and 2 or 3 subtitles.

It also comes with the trailer and a director's commentary.

This is a great demo disc to show off your sound system.

And a good movie too!

Not just widescreen, but anamorphic widescreen. I agree that this is an excellent demo disc, it was also one of the first DVDs I bought. It was $20 at Best Buy, compared to the $25 I was used to spending for keepcased DVDs - at the time I thought it was a great deal!

I really liked the movie, but there was something about it that didn't push it to the top echelon of action movies for me. I can't put my finger on it. It's got the right hero, the right actor for a villain, good supporting cast, good plot. Dunno.

Anyway, the transfer can get a little soft in some parts of the movie. Not quite reference quality video, but great for something that came out about 18 months ago.

Dumb movie. Bad special effects (could the plane look any more fake?). Stay away like the plague.
