did a search & this movie was not listed. i saw this movie last night & boy, did it SUCK! not only was the premise stolen from a much better but little seen movie called Stag, the rest of it was just boring. all it consisted of was a lot of screaming & black comedy that was not even funny. i maybe laughed once. did anyone like this movie?

anyone who wants to see this movie or liked this movie, watch Stag. it is much better!

This is a movie you either really like or really hate. There's no in-between.
I found it very entertaining (I love black comedies), but (most) other people think it stinks.
I checked out the description of 'Stag' at Amazon and it looks more like a bad porn flick to me. Only $9.99 though...

Very Bad Movie. I also like black comedies, but this movie progressed so slow. I felt like FF through some parts.
Watch Bachelor's Party instead. It's much better when the donkey ODs.

I like this movie. I agree it's one you either like or don't, there's really no in-between on this one.

I didn't think it was as wretched as most people did. For a particularly scathing review, look up what Ebert wrote. But the ending gave it no replay value for me, I would have liked it more if (mild spoilers ahead)

only some of the characters had gotten their comeuppance. Very bad things happening to all of them is of course true to the story, but the last few minutes had me rolling my eyes.

I have said this many times Very Bad Things = Very Bad Movie. I actually tried to watch it again at the recommendation of some other forum members. I got through the first 10 minutes and had to turn it off.

I've seen Stag and Very Bad Things, I can say that Stag is worse than Very Bad Things, which is hard to do. They are both on my list of worst movies ever made.

The 2 highpoints for me were Kobe Tai (the hooker) and when one of the guys gets run over with the SUV-type automobile. I kept slow-motioning that scene over and over again, backwards and forward, it was a hoot!

Otherwise, that movie was pretty much a waste.

Very Bad Things is THE worst movie I've seen ... ever. Well, except maybe for Waterworld. I did think Cameron Diaz had her part nailed, though. I generally enjoy black comedies, but somehow Things derailed for me.

Nice entertaining film, not for everyone though, of course.

I'm one of those people who usually has a hard time dismissing a movie as worthless. Often I find some element enjoyable, but not with this one. Kobe Tai notwithstanding (she has done a number of much better films)

, this movie was painful to watch. Normally I am a big Leland Orser fan, but not this time.

Leland Orser is greatness. Glad someone else actually knows the guy's name.

I can usually sit through the worst of movies, but this is one of the few that I have turned off.

I am pretty middle of the road on this one.

It looked to me like they wanted to shock you. Good shocking movies are ones that shock you because of situations involved in the story. This appeared like they just slapped together some things they thought would shock people.

That said, I still kind of liked it. Kobe Tai is by far worth the price of admission(You can finally see her with out going into the 'back' of the video store!)
