I pre-ordered it from CDNOW, so I won't be able to watch it for months. How is it?

Although this film has received a lot of critical praise, I didn't care for it. Why? Because there's no CONFLICT. For the most part, any thing the protagonist tries to do, he succeeds at. There are no obstacles blocking his path. Quite frankly, that's not very interesting storytelling to me.

This is a beautiful film. Romantic, lyrical, sad... The DVD does it good justice, good transfer nice sounding, lots of extras. Pricey but worthwile.
