Has anyone experienced audio dropput on their copy of TRUE LIES on DVD???

Most specifically the center and subwoofer channel.

Please let me know if this is a recall disc and how do we get an updated one?

I don't recall anyone complaining about this before.

Have you tried cleaning the disk or checking for scratches? Also, can you check it on another player?

There is no recall on this disc, though it is possible that you have a bad one. If the above doesn't help you might want to try exchanging it.

Also if you can give an time during the movie when this happens then I could check my copy.

I was suffering from dropouts but it was from my Toshiba 2008 which is getting fixed

I just watched it a couple days ago and didn't notice any dropouts.
