Or you could just spend $30 or so on a region-free player. I finally bit that bullet and got one at Costco last year. Only use it a few times a year, but it's worth it to be able to buy any disc I want and not have to worry about regions.

I'll only go so far. Not keen on having two players stacked on top of each other in our tiny, tidy family room, and I know that if it's a 'drag it out and plug it in once a year' proposition, I'll never do it.

Modern problems.

You could retire the region 1 player and keep a tidy one player that works great on everything in your tiny living room.

But ... but I just bought a Blu-ray player this summer!

Maybe I'll try to stay on topic and posit that Creepshow is Romero's true masterpiece.

I think the ashtray appears in all the stories, but I might be wrong.
If anyone is wondering, the creature in "The Crate" was named Fluffy.
