I don't think it's possible to rent this. Unless things have changed, these latest 2 stand-alone MST3K DVDs (this and "Incredibly Strange Creatures") are available exclusively through the Shout Factory web site.
If you're not a completist hoping to get every episode on DVD, rent it and decide if you need it in your collection.

"Rent It" is merely a choice for reviewers who agree a movie is worth seeing, but not worth a blind buy.
