Has anyone else experienced an issue with the "Creation of an Epic" documentary where the video only displays in small box in the upper-left portion of the screen? None of the other bonus content does this. Is this an issue on the disc - or perhaps a firmware issue w/ my BluRay player? Who to contact if its an issue with the disc?

Just watched the first half or so of the flick last night. Video was great but I had some problems with the audio. The surround channels are very distorted when listening out of my 5.1 setup. I switched to the Dolby Surround track and it sounded fine. Also thought maybe it was my setup and switched to a few other films also recorded in DTS HD that sounded great. Anyone else run into any other audio problems with the disc?

I'm going to try it on my other system tonight and see if it is a sound glitch on the Blu Ray or not.
