"Paris, Je T'Aime" anything at all like "Love Actually"?

It's nothing like "Love Actually" at all. "Paris" is a series of short little films by different directors. Different characters in each one.

does it give you a warm, fuzzy feeling inside?

Hmm. Not exactly. Each individual film in "Paris" is completely differently. They're too short for you to even get invested in the characters. Both "Paris" and "Actually" are like night and day.
