I don't think Bandai ever released Vol 7 on HD DVD.

Sorry. I remembered reading on High Def Digest's forums that vol. 7 was tentatively announced for an August release, but I didn't follow up on that when I sat down to write the review...I just assumed that they were selling it directly through Dot Anime as they had for the past couple of discs. I've corrected that note at the beginning of the review.
