DVD Talk review of 'The Three Stooges Collection, Volume Two: 1937-1939'

I read Stuart Galbraith IV's DVD review of The Three Stooges Collection, Volume Two: 1937-1939 at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=33520 and...

Stuart, your reviews of these Three Stooges sets are easily the most comprehensive and knowledgeable on the Web, and this one was well worth the wait. I've printed it out to keep with my collection, as I did the previous. I look forward to the next one.

Bravo!

I have a real soft spot for these short films, having watched them every weekend with my grandpa. He got a huge kick out of them, and passed that on to me. Now I'm sharing the sets with my daughters, in the hopes that they will become the rarest of women: Stooge lovers.

Thanks for the kind words. My head was spinning by the time I got to those last few shorts, but I still hope to be able to keep reviewing them in this format all the way to the bitter end.

Well, in-depth review. I love the Stooges.

By the way, I've noticed that the short "Playing The Ponies" is missing the scene where Curly takes the escaping dog back into the kitchen and as Curly is chopping a slab of meat, the dog is yipping, making the customers think Curly is butchering the dog.
