anyone here own the Crucible?

Is the audio and video quality decent? Does it have any extras? I was thinking of picking it up but couldn't find any reviews of it.

The audio and video quality are quite good. Extras are a commentary by the director and Arthur Miller (peculiarly, not mentioned on the outside), a "making of" featurette, conversations with Daniel Day-Lewis and Arthur Miller and the trailer.

I think the movie is an underrated near-classic with some of the best performances in years (particularly Day-Lewis and Joan Allen). If you like the film it's definitely worth buying it.

I've been interested in this film for a while. I'll have to buy it sometime this week.

It's one of the few movies I've seen three times in the theater. Strangely, I don't own the DVD...The only other films I've seen at least three times in the theater are Matrix and Babe (the pig movie).
