It's something a few of us reviewers have started doing with Fox screeners---don't think of it as an "F", just "incomplete". It's odd that a studio would send out a sub-par release and expect an accurate technical grade, but this seems like a good fix until the final version is provided. In any case, this is all explained within the review, under "Video & Audio Quality". Have a look. ;)

I don't think the rating is "zero stars" I think that Randy was just not assigning a rating to the video since he didn't have the final product.

As he mentions in his review:

This being a Fox "Special Screening Copy", moderate amounts of compression artifacts and the studio's watermark appear sporadically, preventing a proper visual rating from being awarded. Should a final copy be sent over, this section will most certainly be updated.

I'm watching a rental copy now, and it looks like all the compression issues on Randy's screener are completely absent. This movie looks darn good - I'd probably give it a 4.5 or maybe even a 5, but I'm more lenient than Randy on such issues.

I watched this last night and I agree with David Cornelius. No artifacts that I could see, great picture all around.

It's probably the best transfer of a non-CGI animated feature I've ever seen.

The sound, on the other hand, seemed really low and quiet to me - I had to turn up my receiver a lot.

Is the packaging supposed to be "green" or something? Cause it really sucks. Could've at least used a thin plastic keepsake case instead of cardboard envelopes.

How so? And how would plastic keepsake make it any better? It looks nice, and there is no way in hell for the disc to get damaged, even if it comes loose.

Ahh, so it is Green packaging. Reason I don't like it is because when you have to slide a DVD into packaging it's more likely to get scratched (if there's any particles of dirt). And also I bent the packaging already...
