DVD Talk review of 'Miami Vice'

I read Thomas Spurlin's DVD review of Miami Vice at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=25431 I'm halfway through the movie, which I rented yesterday and the dialogue is horribly muffled. I literally can't understand half the words.
